Price and payment

Quotations are valid one month from the date of issue.

General payment conditions:

- 50% of the amount four weeks prior to program start
- 50% of the amount two weeks prior to program start

If payment is not received in due time the program will be considered as cancelled.

In case of cancellation after the due date full payment can not be refunded.

Prices are based on costs and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change due to airfare increases, changes in exchange rates or other factors beyond our control.

Responsibilities

danishknowhow takes no responsibilities for any extra cost or losses that participants may have during program.

danishknowhow does not cover any cost or losses due to cancellation, change or loss of flights or other transports.

Health insurance is responsibility of each individual participants. danishknowhow takes no responsibilities for any health care or travel insurance.

danishknowhow takes no responsibility for any cost or loss - as hospital, loss of work ability or compensation to relatives - due to death or injuries during the program.

Law and court

In case of disputes which can not be settled in understanding – case will be brought before danishknowhow’s local court and settled in accordance with Danish Law.
